As President of Triad Construction Company, Inc., Tom Nadler’s primary role is to focus on sales and budgeting for new projects by developing relationships with current clients, prospective clients, architects and developers. Tom works directly with the client and architect during the design phase in order to provide maximum value and quality. His continued involvement with the project and team during construction provides direction and support for an exceptional quality product upon completion.
Tom’s educational background includes a degree from Southwest Missouri State University and continuing education from Rockhurst College. Tom belongs to several local community organizations and is an active member of Associated Builders & Contractors. Tom also serves on the Board of Directors for many other organizations.
Prior to starting Triad, Tom spent 10 years with a major Kansas City general contractor, where he started as a Field Supervisor and worked his way to Senior Project Manager. His project management experience includes projects ranging from 10,000 square feet to 400,000 square feet and contract amounts ranging from $250,000 to $40 million.
Tom credits a strong work ethic and first-hand knowledge of every facet of construction as the keys to helping him build effective solutions for challenging projects, making the end result a successful organization.
As Secretary of Triad Construction Company, Inc., Gary Rodenberg is responsible for the daily field operations of the company. His talents span every facet of the business, from assembling work crews to supervising a project's final stages. Gary is one of the three co-founders of Triad Construction Company, Inc.
During his 25 years in the industry, Gary has handled projects ranging in size from 10,000 sf to 120,000 sf facilities with contract amounts up to $10.8 Million. He has traveled the United States working for repeat clients such as Associated Wholesale Grocers, Keebler Foods, and General Motors Seating Assembly Facilities.
For Gary, the commitment to service for a client is key. That's why he goes out of his way to keep all parties of the project well informed and involved. He is comfortable in the field as a hands-on superintendent, as well as in the boardroom, communicating the progress of a project to key decision-makers. Clearly, he brings to the table the kind of skills that set Triad apart.
As Treasurer of Triad Construction Company, Inc., Don Nadler relies on his 24 years of experience in running projects to ensure his clients satisfaction. Don's extraordinary attention to detail and his ability to focus on the big picture of a project are key reasons why Triad's clients receive not just exceptional value in their construction projects, but also timely results. Don is also a co-founder of Triad.
Don got an early start in the construction business -- by age 21 he was a superintendent for a major Kansas City general contractor. He directed such projects as a $7.5 million, 420,000 sq. ft. distribution center, a $2.8 million wastewater treatment facility, and a 5 building office complex at College Corporate Center in Overland Park, Kansas. Don's diverse background also includes a $7.5 million, 180,000 sq. ft. freezer distribution facility and a $2.5 million, two-story bank in Liberty.
Don has gained experience in everything from traditional construction to modern, more cost-effective solutions such as tilt-up concrete construction. Don’s expertise in tilt-up construction is unparalleled in the Kansas City market. He has erected more than 1 million square feet of tilt-up concrete panels. His on-site expertise, ingenuity, strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude are what make him a valuable asset to any construction project.
Derek Nadler, Project Manager and Estimator, has brought to Triad Construction Company, Inc. a very wide array of talents considering he started with the Company over eight years ago as a laborer in the field learning from the ground up. He has grown into quite a valuable employee in that his field experience gives us a great advantage because he knows both sides of the project. His extraordinary attention to detail and his ability to focus on both the big and little picture of a project are key reasons why Triad's clients receive not just exceptional value in their construction projects, but also timely results.
Derek has gained experience in everything from traditional construction to modern, more cost-effective solutions such as tilt-up concrete construction and refrigeration panels. Derek’s has assisted in erecting more than 800,000 square feet of tilt-up concrete panels and 250,000 square feet of insulated panels. His on-site expertise, ingenuity, strong work ethic and "can-do" attitude are what make him a valuable asset to any construction project.
Steve Moore's hands-on experience in the construction trade assures Triad Construction's clients an exceptional level of professional expertise from a job superintendent. Steve's roots as a carpenter for Sharp Brothers Construction prepared him to deliver quality craftsmanship at every level. For an additional 12 years, he was a supervisor for another major Kansas City General Contractor. Steve has been with Triad since its inception.
Steve has performed superintendent duties on projects including the $3 million MKT railroad Piggy Back Operation along Southwest Boulevard in Kansas City, Kansas, the $2 million Machine Laboratory manufacturing plant in Lenexa, Kansas and a $3.5 million steel distribution facility in Kansas City, Missouri. He was also responsible for a $1.5 million police station project, and a variety of warehouse projects including a 130,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility for Midwest Terminal of Kansas City, and Kilsby Roberts, a steel warehouse in Kansas City, Missouri.
At Triad, Steve's knowledge, experience and devotion to detail have been invaluable in dealing with clients who have expanded their facilities. These clients have recognizing his abilities from the work he has performed. He has supervised all of General Mills seven major projects totaling $3 million. Once of his recent achievements is the 50,000 sf 4-story office building for Owner Operators – Independent Driver’s Association in Grain Valley, Missouri.
